Return Policy:
If for some reason you’ve received the wrong item, or it arrived damaged, you may return your item within 14 days of ordering. After 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Because beard oil is a cosmetic product, we can only return unopened products. Any return must accompany by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are shipping item(s) over $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item with an approval or rejection. Your processed refund and credit will automatically apply to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will happily offer an exchange for the same item. If our warehouse made an error and sent you the wrong item, please e-mail us a picture of the product with the package and receipt.
